Assessment and Development Centres
The design and implementation of Assessment Centres and Development Centres to assist in the recruitment and development of your staff. Using criteria agreed by yourselves to meet the needs of your organisation. Incorporating a wide range of tools and approaches including Occupational Psychometric Testing, Leadership / Team role Questionnaires, In Tray Exercises, Presentations, Report Writing and Negotiating Exercises.

Providing guidance on procedures to ensure a uniform approach to areas such as Employment Law and Legislation, implementing Appraisal Systems, agreeing Individual Development Plans and administering the Training and Development function.
