Specification

A large organisation wanting to establish a coaching programme for middle managers which could ultimately be delivered in-house.

Solution

The development of a model incorporating action learning sets with coaching to provide managers with the experience of giving and receiving one to one coaching whilst having feedback from their peers and a professional facilitator.
Later developments to rollout this approach would include action learning sets for the new coaches to explore issues and receive support whilst they continue to practice their skills.
