Susan formed Development Opportunities in 1997, prior to this she was employed as a training professional for fifteen years, which includes seven years experience as the Training and Development Manager for a large organisation employing 2,000 staff spread across 50 locations. Her management experience has proved invaluable for working with different employers and enables the business to offer clients all aspects of the Training and Development Function. Susan has achieved a range of professional qualifications and keeps up to date with developments by being a member of relevant professional bodies as well as continuing her professional development with regular mentoring meetings with other consultants and managers. |
Professional Qualifications
- IPD Post Graduate Diploma in the Management of Training and Development.
- IPD Certificate in Direct Training.
